Master, I tried to flash your given Sapphir rx 570 rom. I was using Amdvbflash v2.93. But it was giving the same error "Failed to read ROM".

Here they used Amdvbflash v3.20. I thought Sapphire's rom can be flashed through this version, but here I found another error "SSID Mismatch". In this post they suggested editing the default 2048sp bios of the card. I made 3 changes on the bios and the card was detected as an Asus RX 580. So the bios flash was successful. I am adding the modded bios file for future reference:

I have successfully installed macOS Ventura with Windows 10. But I cannot boot to macOS without the installation usb. Also when I shut down the machine from macOS it automatically restarts after shutdown. I tried some fixes but did not work for both of these problems. Here is my EFI:

I previously installed macOS on the same system with RX 6700xt with NootRX.kext file. I just swapped NootRX for WhateverGreen. Everything else are same as of previous installation.
Also how can I improve it's performance? I saw typical RX 570's metal score is 40,000-50,000. I built it for video editing. I have plan to add a better GPU on it.
