Is the GT 710 a GK208 variant? If not, you cannot install Mojave. I think your processor does not support entegre graphics.

Currently installed Catalina 10.15.7 and also Mac Monterey on the same processor and also denied the screen card

On MacOs Monterey GT710 won't work without the kepler patch but should work on Catalina and Big Sur
