And, what is your wifi card and ethernet card ? What is your BIOS settings ? Where do you download the big sur image ?

wifi is intel ac3168ngw (i think that itwlm help with him)
BIOS IS insyde
All options like a secure boot, fast boot, ahci , disable tpm , vt-d and etc. - i do.
Big Sur is downloaded from MAC APP STORE and write to usb flash by using terminal
You can download the image (Big Sur) from this site. You can download from here : macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 (20B29) Created By KaoS.raw.zip - Google Drive and unzip.
After download, install balenaEtcher. Then, write the macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 (20B29) Created By KaoS.raw to USB image. After write, go to EFI partition in "this computer". And go to /EFI/OC/ you will see 009 - Diz Üstü - Ice Lake.plist change this name to config.plist . And reboot your computer and try again. And, yes you can run intel wifi with itlwm.
1-EFI/OC 009 - Diz Üstü - Ice Lake.plist -> config.plist.

So, what is your USB Drive ? USB 3.0 or 2.0 ? Which type do you using at computer ports ? 3.0 or 2.0 ?

USB 3.0. I also try to change usb, but all my method not working.
I also found one config that load installer, but install process stuck on remaining 14 minutes
OK please share config. What will after installer says 14 mins remaining ? Please wait and check hard disk leds. I have same problem on my 1.st system and im waiting few minutes hard disk leds turns writing mode. Try this EFI : EFI.zip dosyasını indir - download
